SHIPPING

Regular orders take up to 3-5 Business days for processing before they are shipped.

Some orders may take less time depending on if items are in stock.

Pre-orders take 2-5 weeks to be processed before they’re shipped 

All packages are shipped via Priority mail or USPS First Class depending on weight of purchase. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

 

• Beauty items cannot be returned or exchange due to sanitary reasons.

• Apparel and accessories may be exchanged depending on certain circumstances and under the Owner's discretion. 

• If an item is DAMAGED or INCORRECT take pictures with original packaging the same day of arrival and contact us immediately. 

LOST PACKAGES

Maeb4unaturals is NOT responsible for ANY lost items. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you failed to receive it you will have to take this issue up with United States Postal Service. USPS customer service 1(800) 275-8777. 

FRAUD

We have a ZERO tolerance for fraud! if you make fraudulent purchases on this site, you will be BANNED and reported to the authorities. Please use only cards you have been given authorization to use.

WRONG ADDRESS

PLEASE double check to make sure you have entered the correct shipping address upon checkout. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If the package is returned back to us we will contact you to get the correct shipping address and you will have to pay the shipping fee again. If your package is not returned back to us we will NOT issue a refund for your order. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!!
